What is this
The middle section of a rod printed in pieces: threaded to receive a stub at one end and carrying a stub of its own at the other, so extenders chain.
What you use it for
Making a printed rod as long as you like. Put an end on each side and as many of these in between as the length needs.
Design notes
Because each extender is male on one side and female on the other, they stack in one direction only. Keep the diameter identical across a set or the threads will not meet.
Parameters
diameter has to match the ends and the other extenders. height is this piece alone.
